I can't say enough good things about this saw! Lightweight, powerful, easy to use, one-handed. It cuts through 3-4 inch branches with ease. It comes with extra battery, 2 extra chains, tools, charger, gloves and safety glasses!

Really nice unit. Have had a couple other similar chainsaws but this one is noticeably more powerful with a solid feel about it and cuts with authority. Nicely appointed with useful accessories for a decent price. Very satisfied.

I was alternately pleased and disappointed by this saw. But first to the pros, because they do, in fact, outnumber the cons:The power of this tool is awsome for its size and weight. The torque will even yank the saw out of your hand if it gets stuck in a branch. Recently clearing a deadfall across a trail, I was able to sever 6" and 7" pieces of guava and pine which slowed it down but failed to stop it. Impressive. (Small branches were harder to cut, surprisingly, because it wants to power or bounce out of the cut if you don't have a good grip or stance.) There is a safety cover on the top which I was pleased to see can hinge completely out of the way of the bar, in case you need to bury the blade. Second plus is the light weight. I now regularly carry this saw around in my daypack on my hikes and hardly notice the weight. Easy to use one-handed, even at arm's length. It comes with three chains (good idea since you would be hard-pressed to find replacements at your local hardware store), and two batteries. The batteries (Li-ion, 24V but no amp-hour rating given) last a respectable amount of time (3 sessions so far with no recharge), at least when new, even when used heavily as I did during my test hikes. Recharging is accomplished with a simple transformer-and-cord system. There is an easy-to-use safety on the trigger. Comes with a plastic storage case, which you might find useful.My only serious complaint about this tool is the chain oiling system - there is none. Apparently lubrication was left as a total afterthought, being addressed by inclusion of a silly little plastic bottle with a cap that falls off immediately. This last problem was solved by purchase of a better bottle with a screw cap, but it's still a pain to have to stop mid-cut to slowly drip oil onto the bar. Other brands, I realized later, incorporate a built-in auto-oiler.I also think performance and safety could be improved by a more aggressive front spur, perhaps made of steel instead of the small molded-in one, but perhaps I'm just being picky. I would give this tool 4 stars, high marks for price, low weight, good power, ease of use and durability. The lack of an oiling system cost them the last star.

Easily dissembled for cleaning after each use, chain is easy to put back on and to tighten. Effective on small limbs. Light enough with low vibration that can it be worked without fatigue. Comes with 2 extra chains, small cleaning brush, screwdriver to tighten chain and wrench for removing part of the housing to clean. Has a pair of gloves and a pair of safety glasses with extremely short arms - I wear my other pair. Comes with charger and two batteries. I usually have time to work for about an hour at a shot and I don't run out of juice on one battery. Only thing you need to supply is the chain oil to dispense from the provided squeeze bottle. For use reference, review is from a small woman, 60s, reasonably fit but not a laborer. I'd recommend it for a man or a woman for small trim jobs - or extensive trim jobs to clean up a property gone wild at all edges.

Wait, what? Are there still companies that go out of there way to provide great customer service?This one does. I bought the RLSOO mini chainsaw and tried it out during the 30 day give-back period. I just had a few low hanging branches to cut up, 2"-3" thick. The saw worked great. Very easy to use, light weight and good power for its size. So I packed it back up and put away for future use.Now 8 months later we have a storm and a bigger branch fell off a tree. The branch was about 4" thick with many smaller branches attached to it.I got out my mini chainsaw and went to work. It started off great but as I went it started hesitating. I put in the back up battery that was fully charged, oiled the chain and checked the chain tension but still the same problem. It just wouldn't keep running. So I had to get out my full size chainsaw to finish the job.I could not get the mini saw to work right, so I went to the company website and found their support website address. I emailed them telling them what the issue was and asking if they knew of something I could do to solve the issue. I told them I had the product for 9 months and was not looking for a refund or replacement, just some advice on how I might fix this. Surprisingly I received an email in less that 24 hours asking me for more information about my purchase. I supplied the info and they responded again within 24 hours.Their solution was more than fair. I am very impressed with their overall customer service. They responded quickly and courteously and provided a very fair resolution. I would certainly buy more of their products knowing this is a company that stands behind their products.

I had to trim 6 huge blue spruce trees from the ground up to six feet inorder to mow under them. This 6 inch chain saw was perfect for the job and so easy to use. It came with everything needed, such as an extra battery pack, battery charger, adjusting tools, 2 extra chains, a handy oiling bottle, work gloves and safety glasses. The battery lasted for about two tree timmings and there were a lot of limbs plus cutting them up. I would put the battery pack on the charger and switch to the other battery pack. All in all, to do the six trees it took three charged battery packs and dulled one chain. Not bad for a little 6 inch chain saw. Clean up was a breeze as well as disassembly and assembly.

Resultó ser muy buena para cortar ramas secas de árboles, corté ya las ramas de dos árboles y no batallé, además todavía le queda mucha batería para seguir trabajando.

This saw is easy to use. It is light and works very well. I am in my 70's and have no trouble using it.

Couldn't believe the easy it cut thru hard wood. Light and easy to handle. Only complaint is the button to start is small and hard to operate with one hand. Otherwise love this saw.
