These are the industry standard headphones for a reason. They're so comfy for long term use, sound quality is true to life with no biases at either end of the EQ spectrum. Not only that, but the cord is straight, nice and long for professional use across studio floors or around equipment without having to mess about with extension leads or having your head tugged sideways with those annoying curly cords.I love the ability to replace individual components when (if) they wear out, but the standard of the build is so robust, that may be a while yet.

This design has been around for years and are something of a legend in the recording / radio industry. They don't artificially enhance any audio frequencies, something which is imperative in mixing and mastering. They are solidly built, and all parts can be replaced - a bit like Triggers Brush. They aren't going to win you any style points if you wear them outside (being 16ohm they can be driven by a mobile phone or MP3 player), but they are the professional choice for the home studio musician.I tip for when you unpack them - put them over a pillow and play through some moderatley loud music for a few hours. This breaks in the flexibility of the speaker cones so they reproduce optimally.

great phones. For such bulky looking headphones they are quite light and comfortable to wear, although i havent had them on all day yet.they are obviously well built.I did actually purchase some beyer dt150 ear pads and swap them over. the 150s have thicker pads that imo block out some background noise and make them a nicer fit over your ears.

This is the classic professional studio headset used for decades. I had always wanted a pair since being a kid in the 1980's. I was very pleased after all these years to finally own a professional headset. The quality is outstanding.

Terrible sound quality

I bought these headphones for use with a Technics GX5 organ, which I had the opportunity to purchase recently at a very reasonable price, which stipulated a 16 ohm headphone, so I could practice with our disturbing anybody. They are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods and are adequately suitable for the intended use. Oh, they arrived before the date stipulated by the sender. A very satisfactory purchase indeed.

I don't know because I'm a beginner in music.But, I think it's okay.

There's a good reason why these cans have been used in professional recordings studios for decades. Super comfortable for hours, excellent isolation for tracking in front of live mics and the most neutral sound I've found...and I've tried a BUNCH of the contenders (i.e. Sennheiser, Sony, AT, etc.). These are THE studio cans to get!

Great Head Phones just not what I was looking or listening for.

Unbelievable clean sound. I just realized how much I wasted my time with cheap headphones. Listen music the way it's mean to be, without extra bass, etc.
