Fast delivery, no ice packs
I’m so happy that this chocolate arrived before Valentine’s Day! The delivery was supposed to be for Tuesday the 16th, but it actually arrived the 11th! I do live in Florida and it was quite hot when they delivered I wish they had knocked bc I had no idea it was outside. Luckily it didn’t sit for long! There was a paper saying that if it’s melted or anything you can send it back. Mine did happen to be because there was not any ice packs in with it, but I’m just happy I received it!

One of the BEST chocolates you can use.
As a professional chocolatier, I can assure you that Callebaut chocolate of ANY type (dark, milk, or white) is some of the BEST chocolate you can use. Easy to temper, and easy to work with. I can also assure you that there is NO DIFFERENCE in taste/quality/mouth feel between a block of Callebaut vs. chips (callets) of the same recipe (ex. Callebaut 823 milk). The recipes are EXACTLY the same. Do not believe anyone that says they’re waxy. There is NO WAX in chocolate. PERIOD. Cocoa butter is the ONLY thin that gives chocolate it’s shape, snap, and shine.Lastly, if the chocolate gets to you melted, it’s NOT ruined. Just let it set, then retemper it and use as desired.
