the i Pad air is by no means inexpensive, it seems now technology dictates that units become smaller, lighter, and in the long run just a bit more fragile! So the process began for me looking for something, and item to protect my purchase at the same time make every feature of the i Pad available and convenient. I spent a number of hours searching and educating myself on a Friday of items cost was literally no object. Even gave Bluetooth and the use of a keyboard a priority thought. Unfortunately things became so complicated that the simplicity of using an i Pad air slowly disappeared. The end result was if I need an extended Bluetooth item for my^ in the long run I would've been better off buying a laptop computer. I was very fortunate to come a crossed one of these cases that have already been purchased by my sister-in-law. I began to think about how simple it was and above all its elegance in design, manufacture, and the ease of use! The i Pad air is snugly contained all the appropriate cutouts for the various applications are all located precisely! Above all the price of this item is more than reasonable, actually for this kind of luxury I consider a steal ! Simply common sense makes it simple and convenient this is absolutely more than enough for adequate protection and convenience of use.

My previous cover lasted 8 years so obviously I wanted another Snugg. It seems to be as well made as the last one. Definitely well worth the money. I like that it has some pockets to hold cards and papers.

The Snugg iPad case I previously purchased from this company lasted several years (>5 years). It's well made and the sleep feature is pretty nice. Just needed to replace it from the daily wear and tear.

The main product description in the title says this is a “leather” case, however it is faux leather. I’ve inky had it for 5 months and it is falling apart, flaking off, in many spots. For the price it is not a good purchase. The last ine I had from this same company lasted me almost 4 years before starting to flake.

This thing is okay, but nothing to write home to mom about. It's really awkward trying to stand up the iPad using this, even though it has three different ways you can prop/elevate the iPad.There are times that I do not want my iPad to go to sleep because when it wakes back up it "refreshes" what I have and then I lose what I was doing (this happens for web sites, not most apps). I would like the choice to not have it put the iPad to sleep.The case itself is manufactured nicely and the leather seems to be of a good quality. Other than that, meh.

Snugg is the best! I finally had to replace my brown case because the center bottom home button became hard to press. The configuration of the new black will work better because of its more openness. If you can see how worn the brown case looks, I‘be used it for many years! I was so happy to find another Snugg!

I've had this case for a few months and I have been very happy with it but after today I just had to write this review! This morning, as I was helping a women with a stroller into an elevator, my iPad slipped off my pile of books and fell right into the crack between the floor and the elevator... GONE. Coincidentally, members of the local fire company were in the building and they were able to retrieve my IPad from the elevator shaft where it had fallen down one floor to the basement. It was dirty and there is a small dent in the iPad but the glass is intact and it works perfectly. Not sure how many people are looking for a case that can survive an elevator shaft but if you are this one is for you!

The case is well enough made and fits just fine. However for either of the 2 user angles it just isn't stable enough, tipping over or just collapsing. Not ideal!The manufacturer got in touch with me after I posted my initial review above and without prompting have sent me a replacement.That's impressive and since they care that much I'd like to offer a suggestion. The stability issue hasn't gone away as this is not a redesign, so as well made as it is, my suggestion would be to add a metal edge to the flap that tucks in. After a few months of use its worn and doesn't do service to the case which is of quality construction. That may also improve stability.Anyhow they've made me a loyal customer and thank you Amazon for creating a marketplace that has no equal!

Blown away by the customer service. I must have had bad luck and received a factory defect where the magnets weren't positioned properly to turn off and on the iPad. I mentioned that in my 3 star review and someone from Snugg immediately contacted me to arrange a free replacement. The replacement works perfect and is now representative of the other highly positive reviews. Snugg is awesome, a company that actually really cares about end users, rare in this day in age. Will highly recommend them to all my friends.

Its looks nice and classy. I just wish the pen strap was bigger as it does not fit my Pencil 53 stylus. Also the elastic strap in the back is made for lefties as when trying to write in the ipad i have to hold it upside down to be able to write my notes.
