Sevent Flower, Chinese Formula

I found these to be somewhat effective to lower my blood pressure and also as a relaxant. I would take three to four at bedtime and would definitely notice a relaxant effect in about 20-30 minutes. The pills are tiny as is the bottle they come in. A label with the name of the product is on the bottle but strangely the instructions are on the internal padded envelope they arrived in. The pills are also not the most pleasant thing I've ever tasted but I wouldn't expect they would be. Swallowing them quickly with juice or some other flavored drink certainly helps. They also arrived fairly quickly. I will probably purchase these again in the future.

Dr. loves to write prescriptions andI hate taking them. Fortunately I was working with a friend and we got to talking about our health (typical oldpeople stuff). He mentioned that his Holistic Dr requested he bring his BP down using Seven Flower Extract instead of drugs. I continue takingmy BP medicine and monitor it all the time, but I added two pills in the evening and one in the morning. Most recent Dr visit showed my BPwas down from 140-160 over 88-95 to 126 over 78.That was after less then a week of taking the extract. I have NO side effects what so ever. None. I don't feel groggy, or anything. I do sleepbetter. I was concerned about where the product is made, but after reading all the reviews and the fact that this has been used for over athousand years, well that was enough for me to give it a try. This is, in my opinion, the best supplement to lower blood pressure that you can get without a prescription. Although I take a blood pressure medication once a day, my pressure would go up in the evening to about 135/92 or more. Since I received the 7 Flowers Extract I take 2 at night about a half hour before bed and 1 after lunch at about 12:30 PM. I also still take my prescribed medication about 3 hours before bed. Since I've been taking this (for 4 days now) my average blood pressure reading has been around 118/82. Also since taking this my highest reading was 125/86 in the last 4 days. Before I got this, my readings were quite a bit higher.The only side effect is that I feel a little groggy and tired for about an hour when I wake up. I was quite skeptical because of the high price and because other supplements such as garlic, fish oil, flax oil and various other over the counter things had very little effect or none at all. Keep in mind that it doesn't work immediately. It takes about an hour or longer before it fully kicks in and works. For this reason I take it about 30-40 minutes before bed. Since it can make you quite tired you should be cautious with activities such as driving. The positive results were so good that I will definitely order this again. I also searched the internet and found the best price here at Amazon.Please note that even though this works very well you should not discontinue your regular blood pressure medication without consulting your doctor. This is an excellent supplement but I'm not sure if it would be sufficient for those with dangerously high readings. On the other hand if you have moderately high readings such as in the range of 135/90 perhaps this supplement may be all you'll need. You get 100 small pills so if you take from 3-4 a day, this will last for about a month or longer.

These are a god send. I have completely replaced my xanax prescription for anxiety and I don't have to worry about negative side effects and chemical dependence.

My blood pressure had been 140/90 while taking blood pressure medicine. I took 2 the first night and my blood pressure immediately dropped to 111/60. I stopped taking the BP medicine and now take 7 Flowers (2 @ night and 1 in the am). I feel fantastic and my blood pressure is consistently 117/78. Great product!!!

I never write reviews (sorry, working on doing it more), but I told myself if this works I owe it to myself and everyone out there looking for natural alternatives to aid them in improving their health. I have had hypertension for years and took byostolic 5mg once daily to help manage my blood pressure. Recently, I needed to get my prescription updated so there was a brief unintentional lapse because I ran out of byostolic while traveling, and my doctor wouldn't write me a prescription without seeing me. So I wanted to do something until my appointment and Seven Flower Extract was one of the options. In one week, I went from 133/88 to 113/75. I slowly noticed improvements throughout the week, but wow, what a difference in seven days. I had to work on the dosage, initially I took 2 in the morning and 2 at night before bed. As the week progressed, I decided to adjust the dosage, and I found my combination, it's 4 in the morning and 4 at night. Now I sleep great with no side effects. Additionally, I have trouble taking large pills (it's all mental), and these little gems are so tiny I can take all four without hesitation. I used about 7 pills. My blood pressure went immediately back to normal. I am also diet and exercise regularly. If you dedicated to listening to your body and eating right, this pill will work. If you decide to eat fast food and sit on the the couch then get on high blood pressure meds from doctor.
