I have used it twice and love it. I'm 6'3" tall about 240 lbs and I fit in it with ease. The chair included is good also. Easy assembly. Just set for an hour and within 20 minutes it's ready to get in and relax.. definitely recommend

Got the product but didn’t get the main connective pieces. There should have been 6 I got 1. Now I have to take the pole the one 3way connection piece to Home Depot to see if I can get a pvc fitting. It’s not cost me more in having to correct the error on my own in time, gas money and additional money to replace the part I need to put it together. Pretty irritated.

Just over a month after purchasing, the steamer's on/off switch melted then I see it was due to the board melting. When I contacted Amazon, they provided the warranty information for filing a claim, but since it had been 31 days, the replacement policy was no longer valid, as it only covers 30 days. I reached out to both the seller and the manufacturer. The only response I've received was a request for a picture, which I provided. Since then, I haven't heard anything further. This is a warning: do not purchase anything from Serenlife or this seller, as you will likely be wasting your money.

I bought this for my wife's birthday to replace a portable sauna that we bought 15 years ago. This tent is not very convenient because it does not fold. You have to disassemble it for storage. Unfortunately, the part that is supposed to generate steam seems to push only hot water through the hose so that it collects on the floor of the tent. My wife is unhappy and, since it just now got cold enough for her to want to use it, it is past the return period.

Works great! Set up was super easy, and the remote control is very convenient! Gets nice and hot, and is actually pretty comfortable. Recommended

I would not recommend this product to anyone. The poles for the framework are inserted into joints that do not secure the poles. The poles separate and the frame falls apart. Very frustrating when trying to assemble! Nothing secures the joints, so the pole come loose. The cover does not fit. Don’t waste your money. Unknown how well the steamer works, because cover does not fit and frame fell apart while trying to fit the cover onto the frame. Junk.

After the company took care of a defective sauna, sending me a much appreciated new one, I can update my review. We really use it often and find it works great. It takes about 30 minutes to heat up, which is no problem for us. We set it on 60 min and get in at the 30 minute mark until it ends. The towel around the neck helps keep the heat in and make sure to unplug it when you're done. Enjoy!
