So...I bought this set hoping it would help me not ruin a bread new silk shirt I bought for a gala. Not one bit of sweat came thru in armpit area(and I am a sweaty Betty) I would suggest it is true to size but you could size up too if you want a more comfortable fit. I got XL which fit tight but still was comfortable.

I don’t usually wright reviews, but I am very pleased with this product. I have always been a person who sweats A LOT! I have tried various things in the past to not have armpit stains. Nothing seemed to work, so I would just wear black shirts all the time because it would not show sweat stains. I really like wearing bright colors. So, I decided to give these a try. I have been wearing them all week at work, and not even a little stain. They are hard for me to put on because they twist up. It takes some work to get on, but well worth it. I have not worn black since I got these. Also, make sure you get the right size. They are a little tight which is ok because it keeps them in place. Would definitely recommend!

These are standing up to multiple washes and wear.

Holds odors, and ends up stinking. Weird fit.

I like the XL size, because it is easy to put on and take off and not too tight. It is great for protecting my clothes from perspiration.
