Good single use brushes
Used these for solvent based paint on vintage window frame. Didn't notice any hair shedding which was a relief. You could clean and reuse, but no guarantee on how long they will last.

Useful for painting....
Good value. Clean up in white spirit or water (depending on type of paint) or throwaway after using, say, Hammertite.

For the price, great
My work sometimes involves painting contact glue which is impossible to clean off brushes, these are the answer, but they are also good enough for general painting.

Cheap and Useful
They are very cheap and disposable. Of course, as a result, they do tend to shed a few bristles. For most general purposes, they will be good enough.

Useful for small jobs
OK, Its not a Hamilton or even a Harris brush, but in a pack each one has cost 50p, not £5If you need to apply a paint like Hammerite, where the cleaner costs as much as the paint, then cut your costs by using a disposable brush and avoid buying the brush cleaner. I'm sure that I will use them all up over time.Useful tip from another buyer - trim the bristles square with a pair of scissors for a stiffer brush, and a better finish.

Perfect For The Job
Bought these brushes to use with Hammerite when paiting 2 tall wrought iron gates and 30ft long railings. Had used up all my 1/2 inch paint brushes and needed something cheap enough to throw away after every use. These were brilliant, hardly shed any bristles and were soft enough to get in all the fiddly bits around the scrolls and on the arrowheads along the top. Would thoroughly recommend for this type of job and at less than 60 pence each doesn't break the bank. I had to throw away after every couple of hours, as the weather was warm and the Hammerite dried very quickly. I ordered a second lot ready for my next project, which arrived by post sooner than stated.

Cheap throw away brushes
Just thd job for those jobs when you don't want to be cleaning up, cheap enough to throw away after use. I used a few of them for small areas of solvent based wood stain and wood hardner and they were spot on.
