The shoe pinches the top of my foot. The tongue has a rough spot and I think it is causing problem. I only play tennis once a week in winter so was hoping problem with go away with some more break in. It hasn't. Didn't read amazon return policy but thought would have more time to evaluate and return if necessary. One reason to stick with brick and mortar stores for shoes.

These shoes are narrower through the toe box area then NB shoes used to be. I have found this in several NB shoes as of lately. I wish NB would go back to their old sizing scale.

Best tennis shoes ever!
Best shoes ever. Love the narrow profile(not fit), and the 11 2E fits my need for extra wide perfectly. I play 4 times a week for 2 hours each time, & they last for 6-8 months with good grooving left. I keep 2-3 pairs in reserve!

The husband's feet are happy
My husband, an avid 60 -year- old tennis player, loves these shoes. Playing tennis for over 40 years, my husband knows his game relies on good equipment, such as a strong racket or proper tennis sneakers. He states New Balance's MC896 lightweight shoes help his 10.5 double E sized feet perform quick side to side shuffles. He says the shoes' inner reinforcements provide support and help to prevent foot injuries. In addition, he says these comfortable shoes enhance his agility. Testing his new shoes on the neighborhood court, he came home and said, "These shoes are perfect."

Makes You Feel Like a Pro
Great tennis shoe at a great price. The wonderful thing about NB is their half-sizes and width measurements...so if you know your shoe size, you get a great fit. Love the color, the light weight and the grip on the court.

Another Great New Balance Pair Of Shoes
Nice comfy trainers. Ordered a size 11, I'm normally 10-10.5. Pretty much only buy New Balance now as so much better than other trainers in the gym.

Kein schlechter Tennisschuh, aber abweichende Größe.
Der Schuh machte einen ordentlichen Eindruck und ist gut verarbeitet. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war auch gut. Leider ist die Größe etwas vom sonst bei mir Üblichen abweichend. Daher musste er zurück.
