I ordered This Watch on July 22,2023 the mechanism Only worked for Two Weeks!!!!! That’s itAMAZON refused To Return Or Exchange This Watch!!!Today Is August 25th 2023. I am stuck with this $500 Dollar Non Working Watch, When I asked for a Supervlsor They Told Me Sorry We Can Not Help You!!!!!!!!Please Do Not Fall for This Trap!!! The watch is Garbage!!!!! Do Not Buy It!!!!! They Dont Care!!!!!!!!!

Update …Good watch good customer service made things right.
Update: they sent me a second band to make up for not taking care of it. Good job!!! Old:Trying to get in touch with the service department is next to impossible. The phone number is no good. The watch is fine but the band holder just snapped in two. No abuse whatsoever. Heck I’ve only had it two weeks.
