My grandma loved this gift since she likes to collect glass figures and it came packaged very well, maybe a little to well as it was wrapped in a crazy amount of bubble wrap

My daughter got one of these glass koi for Christmas this year knowing how much I love koi. It was beautiful. In fact, I loved it so much I went and purchased this one. The quality is great and the craftsmanship is beautiful.

I like this glass koi fish. The shape of the fish is on point. However, I am not thrilled with the design of the spots on the fish. It’s painted on rather than being incorporated within the glass. It’s not a deal breaker though. The piece is small. I thought that the fish body would be more thicker because it is rather small. Fits in the palm of my hand. Shipping was fast and the packaging was done with care by protecting the glass figuerine. I think this piece was worth the price. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the painted design. But overall it still is a very nice glass piece.

This koi fish is beautiful. It was packaged with care, wrapped very well in bubble wrap and tissue paper and then inside of a box. Looks just as pictured. Very happy with my purchase. A must have for anyone that collects glass figures.

The shape of the fish is lovely. But I am sorely disappointed that the red markings are merely painted on. At this price point I expected the fish to have red glass injected and not just cheaply painted on. That explains why they do not want me to use water to clean the koi, only "gently blow" the dust off with canned air or the like. The answers to the question if the fish is aquarium safe are dead wrong. I would NOT put this fish in water as the paint might well be toxic.Glass figurines that have colors painted on range between $12-16. At $39 this koi is way overpriced.
