Royals and Rebels (Ever After High) Hardcover – September 5, 2014

Must have for a true Ever After High Fan! My daughter is a younger fan (she was a newly 5 and about to start kindergarten) but this was perfect for her and was her first EAH book. She already had some of the dolls and had watched the videos but this added another depth to her knowledge of the characters. (WARNING: And led to us purchasing more dolls!) She wasn't reading yet so I ordered this book hoping it had more pictures in it. And it does. It has cool drawings of the characters and its very much EAH style. I have to harp on the illustrations as they are truly beautiful. They are more drawing like as opposed to cartoon. And the color is amazing!! The beginning of the book has summaries of each character with things like their saying, whose their ever after best friend, roommates and their favorite subjects. The rest of the book has a mixture of stories, recipes, activities and game-like/choose your own destiny activities. Although my daughter was not writing yet, we would read them and she liked verbally answering the questions. A year later and now that she is in kindergarten, she is starting to fill in some of the fill-in-the-blank activities. She has become such a big fan we now own about 15 dolls, just had an Ever After High birthday party and just finished reading the first chapter book with short stories of each character. And now we are moving onto the Dragon Games collection.....

The book is brightly colored and full of interesting information about the characters from Ever After High. My granddaughter loved it.

I think this is the first book review I've written on a book I haven't read but that my daughter has read to me. Every night since Christmas she crawls in bed with me and reads a few pages then tells me all about her favorite Ever After High characters. It's a really a beautifully illustrated book. My daughter is 8 and she loves the writing and will sit there and point different things out in the pictures to me that are important to the dolls that she has. This was an amazing reading investment for her. She has even taken it to school many times already.

My 8 year-old daughter cannot put these books down. They are only available in hardcover, but because of the fact she keeps rereading them, I feel it is worth it, as I know they are keeping her engaged. She has to read 45 minutes every night for school, and we have to tear her away from her reading so she can do other things. Well worth it!!! Cannot wait to pass them onto to our 5 year-old when she is old enough to read!

This is packaged nicely! I am giving as a Christmas gift. Hope it is well received. It is the latest rave!

Great book for girls! My daughter got this book for Christmas and she absolutely loves it! It is a perfect book to continue the Ever After High series. If more books come out, I am sure she will want more. It keeps the girls not only knowing the princesses, but now their children. It is a new way of looking at the princesses, especially since these girls are around the ages.

I'm a boy but I really love Ever After High, and this beautiful activity book has a lot to read and learn about EAH world!

i like the book about everafter high but shoulent every one be able to right there destiny in the show to i like they should say some of that in the book
