This is a GAME CHANGER for me. I take 2 in the morning and noticed an immediate improvement in brain fog and the ability to focus on the task at hand.

Not noticing much of a difference

So happy to be able to purchase this product online. Doctor recommended this product but couldn't find it in any health store.

I purchased this product by recommendation of my doctor/chiropractor. I was seeking help with "brain fog", not really depression, per se, but I hadn't felt as "upbeat" as I had been in the past, etc. I just felt "off".I began taking this product for approximately 10 -14 days. I think (???) I might have started to notice an improvement with my cognitive abilities. It seemed (?) like I was starting to feel better.Hoping that I had found an excellent solution, it was a rude awakening (literally) to wake up in the middle of the night with excruciating abdominal pains. This was unlike anything I had ever felt before. No, not one of those "I ate something that didn't agree with me" kind of pains. This was also NOT a feeling of needing to have a bowel movement, etc. This is the kind of pain that scares you. I still do not know why I didn't go to the E.R., but the thought of dragging my family to the hospital at 3:00 AM didn't appeal to me, so I decided to try to wait it out. It started to subside after a couple of hours (a long night to be sure). During the time that I was awake, I was racking my brain about anything that I might have had, or recently changed in my diet. This product was the only thing that came to mind.I decided to stop taking the product to see if I noticed any difference. I went the next couple of months without using the product (and without any pain issues) and decided (brilliantly) that because I did not have any definitive proof that the pain WAS caused by this product (and that perhaps I was starting to feel a little better mentally) - I decided to try it ONE more time. I mean, perhaps the pain was unrelated, right?And so, I once again resumed the recommended dosage. Low and behold, approximately 10 days into using this, I awoke (again) with some of the worst pain in my life. It was simply indescribable. If I HAD to describe it to a doctor, I would have said that it felt like my intestines were twisted, or being completely pinched off. This was even worse than the first time. Just when I was about to wake my husband to take me to the hospital, it started to lessen. The pain was still extremely intense, but I decided to see if it would pass (like it had the first time). It did, of course, but it was another miserable night.Needless to say, I have never resumed using the product again, and have never experienced the pain again (thank God). I have to conclude that something in this product caused the pain. I am unsure as to why it didn't occur immediately (why it seems to take several days to build up), but felt I would be remiss if I did not relay this information to other consumers, and would be curious to know if anyone else experienced anything similar? Could the pain have been a coincidence? Perhaps. But I find it unlikely.

I purchased this based on my Naturopath Doctor’s high recommendation for my fibromyalgia fibro fog and low energy levels. Fortunately, her price is cheaper ($52) than on Amazon, at the time of this posting.

I've been taking one pill a day of this for at least a year and had great results. My mind functioned more clearly, I noticed a definite improvement in my energy (not huge, just a boost) and I felt more energetic when I first woke up. I stopped it for a week recently to see if I really needed it and I noticed my brain fog had returned, my energy was less, and I felt sluggish. I really love this product. It may not be for everyone's body, but if you have issues with mental fogginess, I definitely think it's worth a try.

This stuff works! Take as directed. I have used this for several years and it still amazed me. Give it a week or three to settle interstate and watch how great it works.
