Super nice! Box is really really hard to open. Compass itself is super nice, smaller than I thought it would be, but that’s on me for not looking at photos. If you are giving it as a gift maybe open the box a few times yourself, it took me a long time to get it open. I thought I was going crazy. It does work!

I wanted to get something symbolic and special for my dad's retirement party but I was on a budget. This was a perfect choice. It comes in a black cardboard box that is nice to wrap. The leather case is a great fit and looks really nice. The compass itself has good weight to it. The inscription was nicely printed. I can't really speak to the accuracy or direction but the needle of the compass seems to perform well and isn't sticky. My dad was very pleased with the gift. It brought a tear to his eye and he passed it around to show coworkers. I highly recommend this thoughtful gift if you're looking for a heartwarming token.

We bought this for my son's graduation present. He loves it! The little pouch the compass came in is nice touch! Quality is decent. I like the engraving size. And worst case scenario you have a compass to save yourself one day 😀
