We were introduced to the DREO product line in 2022, when we purchased the Pilot Max tower fan for our living room. We were punnily 'blown away' by it, so when we decided to look for a desk fan for our bedroom, we started with the DREO products, and landed on this one.It offers three settings, with the strongest being very strong, able to be felt 20' away. The lowest setting is incredibly quiet and great for sleeping, if you enjoy having a gentle breeze nearby.A few weeks ago, after doing the (very easy) routine cleaning per the manual, the motor started to make an intermittent scraping sound. I hadn't dropped or banged it around, so it was unexpected. I wrote to DREO's customer support team, to inquire about potential repair options, since the warranty had expired.Instead, Tracy at DREO requested a photo of the product label and a short video of the issue, which were super easy to provide. Just a day later, they wrote back with the news that a replacement fan was shipping out immediately, and it arrived just a couple days later.We didn't deserve that level of resolution. I was happy to pay for a repair or just replace it, but they went above and beyond to make sure we were content with the product. Consideration and generosity are not the norm these days, in corporate support, so we are happy and grateful for how DREO stands by their product.Thanks, DREO! :)

I purchased this little fan for my guest bedroom. My guests always complain about the upstairs bedroom getting too warm and this fan delivered! It was powerful enough to provide breeze from at least 10-15 feet away. It seems solidly built, stable and easy to operate. It's also adjustable to tilt up or down. Perfect for bedrooms.

I love this as a bedside fan. (Read: Menopause Fan) Powerful enough to keep the air moving in the whole room when on high. Quieter than any previous fans I’ve had over the years. Don’t care that it isn’t oscillating or doesn’t have a remote. Less moving parts is a good thing, IMO. Bought a second unit as a spare in case they are discontinued like so many others I’ve had in the past. Very happy and cool customer.

This little fan is quiet but powerful like a shop fan!

I gave only 4 stars because I just got it a few days ago. I haven't needed to clean it yet. It certainly does the job. Heavier than expected and quiet! Has a lot of power. Great to sleep with. Can be positioned to point at the ceiling and really move air around.

I was hesitant to spend almost $50 for a bedroom fan. However, after reading all the customer reviews, I was willing to lay out this much money. Have had this fan for 3 days, and am delighted with its power. I use it once at the “low” level because if I turn it up, it makes the blades of my ceiling fan rotate. The controls are conveniently located th front. Also, this fan is heavy enough to remain stable on my dresser.BJB. Akron, OH

The media could not be loaded. Way too loud. I have to get something else now. Purchased for autistic teen who likes cold breeze but it’s so loud.
