works well
All I can say is "Wow!" These are so easy to sprout. Just 3 tablespoons of seeds will completely fill a 2 quart mason jar with sprouts. Cleaning the seed hull from the sprouts is a little tedious, but worth the effort.

A Game Changer for your Diet: Who ever thought Nutrients could Taste so Fantastic!?
Don't know how we ate dinner without these! A simple 2-minute-twice-daily ritual now of keeping 2 jars going at the same time on a One-week cycle. Keep one newbie jar under a black wrap on the counter for a few days so it thinks it's in-ground, while the other is in the windowsill-- harvest quality -- getting greener everyday. When I rinse the window-sill jar I can take a small handful of sprouts & garnish our salads and dinner plates -- Midweek I trade it with the new sprouts, & transfer the windowsill greenies to the fridge. So we have fresh sprouts all week long! Only one batch spoiled in six months. I've learned to rinse 2 x a day, and keep my netted jars turned upside down, draining into small bowls. (I just secure netting material over top of wide-mouth jar with rubber bands)One pack of this goes a LONG LONG way... and feeds both of us happily with jam-packed micronutrients. Yummy too, especially when splashed with pineapple juice, coconut flakes, slivered almonds or pine nuts & flaxseed.

First time sprouter
As a first time sprouter, this was pretty simple and straight forward. For some reason, one of my jar sprouted easily but the second jar did not make it. I had to discard the jar after 3 days. I will try again.Overall, the seeds are good and attached video are my sprouts from one jar.

Only about 1/4 to 1/3 sprout
These didn't sprout well for me. Then they took a really long time to produce sprouts.

Remarkably high germination rate, though expensive for non-organic seeds
We've just this year started growing our own foods. We had horrible luck with soil systems (far too many pests inside our home) so turned instead to hydroponics and sprouting. These seeds sprout remarkably well. Almost all of them sprout every time. However, we didn't have luck sprouting these in the popular plastic sprouting towers sold here on Amazon and elsewhere. The water doesn't drain well enough, and the seeds end up rotting. We removed one star from "perfect" because these seeds are still expensive for non-organic. In the future we'll buy only organic seeds, and given we can get organic seeds at our local grocers in the bulk bins for no more than $3.50/pound, we'll stick to local for our family's foods needs going forward. But if there's an organic seed we want to have fun with we wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.
