I purchased this necklace for my daughter’s Christmas. Within two days of wearing the necklace, with no apparent cause, it broke. I have tried for days to contact the seller with no response and as the item is personalised it says its policy is no returns, refunds or exchanges. The quality is terrible and the seller is completely non responsive to issues! Don’t purchase!!
