Very Nice Ice Pack
Purchased for my mom because she was having heal pain and wanted an ice pack that would stay in place. This is really nice because it wraps around the foot and Velcros in place. I used it recently for a foot issue. It gets very cold and last about 20 to 30 minutes. I put a soft slipper sock on over it to hold in the cold. Have not tried to warm it up. The gel under the foot is nice and soft to walk on. Great product.

Ankle Relief
I love this! I use it cold on my ankle that I hurt awhile back and it makes it feel better. Only thing is I wish it would stay cold longer but nothing I can do about that. It definitely helps with my pain!

They work perfectly
They fit my foot and even if my foot were wider or bigger it would still be usable. They stay cold for the 20 mins I like to use them on my feet after work. Would recommend. Some might wish they stayed colder longer. But they stay cold for about 30-40 minutes I’m guessing. I only do 20 minutes.

Works but doesn’t stay cold long enough
The wrap fits well and is comfortable, freezes well. Just doesn’t stay cold longer than about 10 minutes.

Keeps the cold where it’s needed
This cold pack stays in place better than any other I have tried for heel/achilles tendon relief. The adjustable hook-and-loop fastening keeps the 3 cold units right against your heel and ankle, so you get maximum pain relief. I think it’s fabulous. One caution: stay in one place while using it. It’s not meant for walking around in.

Helped my Achilles Tendinitis
These are so easy to put on and will fit any ankle. I’ve suffered for months with Achilles Tendinitis and this has given me a very easy way to apply ice.Some nights I can’t sleep from the pain and I strap this on and can go to sleep easier . It only stays cold 10-15 minutes . But that’s really not a draw back because you’re not supposed to apply ice any longer than that anyway. The fabric is also very soft and comfortable .
