Cygnet DK Double Knitting Acrylic Yarn - Shade 377 Emerald

HAVE JUST RECEIVED THIS WOOL, IT FEELS GOOD AND STRONG, AS WELL AS BEING SOFT TO THE TOUCH i HAVEN'T KNITTED IT UP YET BUT AM CONFIDENT IT WILL KNIT AS EFFICIENTLY AS OTHER DK WOOLS I HAVE IN MY STASHALSO CONFIDENT THE WOOL WILL WASH WELL.THE COLOUR IS A PERFECT EMERALD GREEN.I WILL KNIT THIS UP AS 2 PANELS COMBINED WITH 2 PANELS OF SKY BLUE FOLLOWING A FRENCH PATTERN I ENJOY KNITTING OCCASIONALY

When knitting elves it is important to get both the colours and the cuddle level just right!This wool in emerald green fulfilled both those criteria. It knitted up well, is soft to touch, holds its shape and washes well. What more can an elf ask?One extra point - the wool came vacuum packed so fitted through my letterbox saving a trip to the post office in the rain. Brilliant.

I havent enjoyed crocheting with this wool. It would knit far nicer than it crochets i think. It splits quite easily and just doesnt seem to glide that nice. I’ve persevered with it and finished my small project with it but i havent enjoyed using it. I wouldnt buy this wool again. It is however very cheap and at the end of the day you get what you pay for

This product was what I wanted, the right green to knit Minecraft Creeper motives. It did the job, method of packaging was original, vac packed to fit through letter box, this would only work with one or two balls of yarn

The colour is lovely and I making a scarf for my grandson with the colours from Harry Potter’s it’s a prefect match.

Great wool and easy to use and very soft.
