The company gets full marks but Yodel gets the minimum as they “lost” the first bag. Laeto was easy to contact prompt to respond and not sure what happened but 2 bags of top soil was delivered in the evening. Would deal with them again

I have a patch of ground that has produced disappoiting results despite the addition of fertiliser. I added some of this and there appears to be a marked improvement. The contents of the bag looked and felt like the topsoil I was hoping for!

although this product is top soil, it most definitely is Not 35L as advertised, more like 10L tops, was quite disappointed at the size as 35L is what I needed for the job at hand, had to spend more money on another brand to complete the job, Not pleased, will Not buy this brand Laeto again.

It didn't come in bags as advertised on your website, it just came in 2 white bags, I didn't weigh them, I might be wrong but I don't think they came to the same weight as advertised, they were not very heavy to lift and to distribute over the area I wanted to
