Exactly what was described
Sturdy, packs away well. Just what my Dad was looking for.

Easy to assemble & not too heavy
It was very easy to assemble & fits nicely in the car with the back seat down. Not too heavy to get in & out yet sturdy enough to be comfortable & offer the reassurance of stability. The only complaint we have is that there are no locks on the brakes. It could never be left unattended on an incline especially with a person in it.

Faulty out of the box
The item was faulty out of the box. Had a deep dent in the right wheel and also the right brakes weren't calibrated and did nothing when activated. Spend several phone calls to amazon getting my refund which they cheekily tried to put on an old gift-card. Been a nightmare. Avoid this item like the plague

Brilliant, could not have managed without it. Robust but not too heavy, fitted in any boot. Highly recommend

Heavy
The product arrived with a damaged wheel which we needed to fix.The Chair is heavy making it hard for an elderly person to lift. The wheels and feet rest need removing to travel in the boot of our car (audi Q3) which I hadn't expected.It moves smoothly.
