Think will work just fine
Purchased on the recommendation from my chiropractor. He has one in his office and I need one to use at home for my back. The surface is a little soft but it doesn’t seem that there is any give after the first 1/8 inch of the surface. I think it will work fine for me. For a young fitness buff it might not be what they want but for older, arthritic conditions, I think it will be fine . The fact that my chiropractor had the same thing in his office says a lot for me. I got the 18” because the ad stated 18” for back. I don’t think the 24” would be too long but the 18” appears adequate for my needs

Foam Roll
Very firm. Durable. Great for stretching my back.

Very very firm
Works great for resting my head on while I'm on my back exercising/stretching. However, I expected a much softer material from "low-density" foam. This is a very stiff foam, with almost no give and no flexibility. So, for instance, I can't use it to raise my knee for one of my stretches.I wouldn't want to travel with it, because it cannot be compressed at all.Serves a purpose, but not what I expected.

Sturdy and good support
Used by my husband after knee replacement for exercises and to strengthen his leg. Worked great!

"Low Density" Is Misleading
After buying a high-density version from a different brand, I searched and found this product which is advertised as "low-density." I bought it, wanting something a bit softer when stretching my back. Unfortunately, this feels just as hard and uncomfortable to lie down on it as the "high-density version. See the attached photo where I'm placing my full180lbs on it without a dependable give in the foam. I'm still searching and cannot recommend this unless you don't mind a hard foam product.

Not as described--very hard
This is the second one I have returned because while the description says "soft foam", they are rock hard and what I would call "styrofoam".

Broke my ankle, it's good for home thereapy
I broke my ankle six months ago. My physical therapist recommended this. It works great when I wake up stiff as a board to break things up and get loose in the mornings. I just keep my heel on the floor and treat it like a step, back and forth, for about 2.5 minutes, and it works like magic.

Works great
Use this in a PT clinic. Works great for core stabilization.

Not as advertised
This foam roller is not soft density foam as indicated but rather very hard, cheap package grade foam!! Very disappointed especially given the price!

No recomendable
The media could not be loaded. Lo venden como un rollo suave y es totalmente duro

Just the right size
Works great to lay on with a blanket for a nice neck stretch, good to reverse the "text neck".

Poor quality
The foam is flimsy, not dense making this limited use as it is not sturdy enough. Apparently it will cost me $7 to return it 🤣
