I would suggest A3. I’m 220lbs and I fit an A4. If A3 seems too big when you put it on, wash it in cold water and put it through a medium dryer cycle. It WILL shrink to your exact size.

Q: I'm 5'4" and 145lbs. according to sanabul's website, i need an a0 belt, but they're not in stock. will an a1 belt be ok?

You’ll need an A2. You are the same height as me but I weigh more. You’ll be okay with an A1 or A2

In general, most customers prefer a belt size 1 size bigger than their Sanabul Gi. For example, if you wear an A2 gi, you may go with an A3 belt.

These are men's sizes so it really depends how fat you are. I'd go a size down to an A2 unless you're extra healthy.

Ok but dirt stain.

I opened my package and the belt had a dirt stain on it. I was able to get the stain off but the belt being NEW I should not have had that problem.
