A fantastic opening tool and a must have for repairing small tech items.I have been using mine to repair the old ipod classics and it is working well.Much easier to use than plastic guitar pick style opening tools and the soft plastic prying tool as it is thinner so it gets into the gap better but you do have to be careful not to cause scratches.

If only I had this spudger last night when I was going ape trying to pry back the kickstand of a light box. It took all my resolve and a couple of broken fingernails to open it, when this exceptionally well made, sprung steel spudger would have slipped underneath and opened it, no problem.It's indispensable. It came next day. One of the best purchases from Amazon - ever.

Worked for opening my Samsung phone, I will say though be careful it slipped when I was opening the cover and sliced my finger open, can be sharp!

I have had this for a little while now, and it has proved it's worth several times.It was delivered as an 'Add-on' and delivered along with other purchased items next day - thanks to Prime.For a long time, I have used all manner of things for opening cases of electronic items for repair, but this tool makes life so much easier, and with less (negligible) chance of consequential damage to the finish of the item being worked on.It has a certain flex, which for me, means I can 'feel' whether I need to apply more, or less force to it, and having several usable 'edges' seems to fit in the tightest of spaces when prying to open a plastic case.These are available from all sorts of sellers, at various prices, but this one fits the bill for me and I am happy to recommend without hesitation.

This is a well designed and made pry bar. It beats the feeler gauge I've been using for some time to dismantle equipment. The shape is versatile and the material strong yet suitably flexible. The fact you get two bars for the price is ideal - I always put one down and "lose" it. You tend to abuse these bars to some extent but this design looks proof against that.
