Absolutely loved the products however one arrived damaged and I can’t find a way to contact the seller to get a replacement!

Wunderschöne Suppenteller/Nudelschalen
Echt tolle Suppenteller/Nudelschalen von Wrendale Design. Die Tiermotive sind wie auf den Abbildungen. Die Motive sind auch nach dem Spülen in der Spülmaschine farbenecht. Sehr gute Qualität des Porzellans.

Piatti belli, servizio pessimo
I piatti sono molto belli e di qualità, tuttavia, sebbene siano robusti, è praticamente impossibile riceverli intatti. L'imballo, infatti, è assolutamente inesistente, i 4 piatti vengono infilati in una scatola di cartone sottile con dei semplici fogli di carta a dividerli. Ordinati due volte, la prima volta sono arrivati tutti rotti e li ho dovuti rendere per ottenere il rimborso, la seconda volta ne è arrivato rotto uno soltanto. Ho chiesto che mi venisse sostituito il piatto rotto ma mi è stato detto che non era possibile e che potevo scegliere fra ricevere un rimborso parziale per il piatto rotto oppure renderli tutti e ricevere un rimborso totale. Dato che gli altri piatti mi piacevano ho optato per la prima opzione, ma mi è stato erogato un rimborso del 20% invece che del 25 per un quarto di prodotto danneggiato, quindi ci ho pure rimesso economicamente.

erstklassige Qualität. Ich habe einige Knochenporzellan-Suppenteller bestellt, weil sie mir sehr gut gefallen haben. Zeitloses Design. Die Verpackung und Lieferung waren vorbildlich, liebevoll verpackt wie rohe Eier. Man spürt bei Auspacken die Sorgfalt, die an den Tag gelegt wird. Es ist deutlich günstiger bei Amazon als bei anderen Shops. Rundherum empfehlenswert. Mikrowelle als auch der Spülmaschiene geeignet.
