It a very nice bed frame, and comfortable without a box spring. Sturdy, and up off the floor enough to store things underneath. I'm an average size man,5'10" and my feet don't touch the floor when I'm sitting on it! Our old wooden headboard (just for looks )bolted right up to the holes. Also the rounded corners at the foot have saved my wife's shins and toes. Putting it together isn't too difficult. Check out the videos, it could save you a couple of mistakes on placement of the cross bars. We'll probably get another for the guestroom much more sturdy than the old wooden frame we have in there now. I will however be purchasing something to keep the mattress from sliding around.

Easy to assemble, screwed together fine, plenty of storage beneath the bed. Quality build for a larger guy with no issues. Great value for the sturdiness.

Assembly was fairly easy with good instructions. Extra hands made assembly quick. The only thing I did not like was that the top is flat (good), but the mattress slips around because there is no way to attach it to the frame...4 corner Velcro strips attached to the mattress would help and they could loop around the frame. A raised edge all the way around (about 2 or more inches high) would help keep mattress in place. This product is very sturdy and worth the investment.

I’ve had this product for a few months now and I can definitely say I love the additional storage space under the bed now and it is so easy to move if you have to clean under it. I do recommend if you have hardwood floors or laminate floors that you don’t wanna scratch up, put felt pads underneath of the feet for ease of movement and prevent scratching the crap out of your floor. One downfall that I noticed is, if you have a memory foam mattress, it is not the most supportive bed frame, what I ended up doing was grabbing some larger pieces of flooring that we had left over from redoing the floors and put it on top of the frame then put my mattress on and it’s offered more support.

Bought this to carry about 500 lbs: a 300+ pound latex mattress and a 165 lbs 5’11 male. We assembled it correctly and did not abuse it. It started creaking after a few months. The creaking got worse as time went on. Finally we removed the mattress and disassembled the frame to find the damage you see in the attached photos. I guess we’ll keep using it but it could be a safety hazard down the line.Overall the construction seems quite solid but the side rail seems to be a key fail point.EDIT: I’m changing this to a four-star review. I was able to bend back the tab with hammer and vice grips. The stud still wouldn’t thread, so I hit the head with the hammer repeatedly and started tightening with the Allen wrench. The stud didn’t go all the way in, but it did screw in quite a bit. I also retightened all the other studs. The bed is more structurally sound now and is no longer creaking. Again, I can’t vouch for the ability of this frame to handle more than 500 lbs, but I’m pretty satisfied about what I got for the price.Also the leaf or tab that bent is from the top (or bottom) rail, not the side rail as I wrote originally.

Excelente base para cama, fácil de armar y de material muy resistente. Absolutamente silenciosa y firme. No pesa tanto. Sólo hay que apretar muy bien los tornillos para que quede con firmeza.

I wasn't expecting anything exceptional for the price but it's excellent, I am impressed, there's no creaking, it feels solid and it's easy to assemble. perfect for my spare bedroom.There was a few scratches on one piece because it was a bit loose in the box, but it's on the inside of the frame and unnoticeable.I recommend!
