Save time AND money every month while being healthy
This book is a game changer. I am a very “crunchy” person, staying away from toxins and being as homegrown and organic as possible. But I will say, mealtimes are so hard on me recently because I’ve been cooking it all fresh and watching the baby bottles pile up along with all the dishes and it’s just way too much. I end up being so stressed out, and burn out all the time. There is so much valuable information in here that will save me SO much time. I’m honestly so excited and so sparked to give monthly meal prep a try!! I’ve always tried to cook big meals and freeze what I didn’t eat, but it never heated well, or would dry out and not be tasty. Your secret on keeping things raw is brilliant!! I’ve never thought of that before but it makes so much sense!! Great Bible verses, great recipes. Definitely recommend this book to everyone!

A LIFE CHANGING BOOK
Although I have meal prepped for decades, and have learned so many incredible tips after joining Wendy's Lifestyle Transformation Program, this book has taught me so much more. Wendy dives, in depth, to the heart of meal prepping, reemphasizing the money and time saved in doing so, by explaining how whether you have little or much time to cook, it IS a necessity. I love the Scripture references particularly those of the Proverbs 31 Woman, but also the reminder that God has given us, here on earth, all that we need to eat.Thank you, Wendy, for sharing your passion for seeking clean, nutrient dense foods, teaching how to "shop like a boss" and how to meal prep and cook that food. Thank you also for sharing your faith. You have impacted my life so very much and I will be eternally grateful!

Make your life easier and get healthy in the process!
I love that this book is based on Christian principles. God didn’t intend for us to eat processed, fake food, he gave us everything here on earth that we need to nourish and fuel our bodies. We have strayed so far from this natural pathway all in the name of convenience and ease. Its time to get back to basics, and Wendy’s book gives you the tools you need to be able to do so efficiently and effectively. She’s helped me lose 60 lbs by educating me on holistic nutrition and learning how to eat to live, not live to eat! I’ve learned so much from her, and you will too! I don’t honestly know where I would be right now if I hadn’t made the decision to commit to become healthy and follow the meal plans that are a part of the 16 week Lifestyle Transformation. It truly transformed MY life, as well as my health. My most recent bloodwork panel was completely normal, with all of my numbers at or below goal. This book is the first step in getting your life and health back on track! Take that step! Buy the book!

Great Read for a Clean Eating Lifestyle
Wendy has put much love, energy and an abundance of time into this book. It reveals a simple, affordable and mindful plan for daily clean living. The recipes look delicious! Wendy outlines the rewards that will follow this lifestyle. I love how God and the love for others is at the very heart of this book. It only took me a few hours to read this afternoon. Great Book
Ordered for a friend and read it before I gave it to her. Had to order one for myself also!!! The book helped me get connected to Wendy and her Wellness programs. So much helpful information on her facebook page also. Highly recommend.
