It's compact every thing you need to know to care for your patient. Con: you have to write small. I sometimes use two pages per patient

Cool book!
Good for nursing students or nurses getting report. I like the perforated pages it keeps the book tidy and you can just rip out a few pages so you dont have to carry the entire book around.

Cute but not much space for everything.
It’s cute but I don’t use it. I gave one away to another nurse. It doesn’t have enough room for everything that I need to put on my report sheet. It may be great for another specialty nurse, just not for me.

Great pocket-sized report sheet book
This little book is just small enough to fit in my front scrub pocket so I can carry it with me throughout my shift. I like the way the sheets are categorized and organized and the fact that the sheets are perforated so you can rip them out. It comes with 2 books so it should last me a while!

Great but ordered wrong thing
I was wanting a book on er nursing cheat sheets not report sheets. But I’m keeping these just in case I need them on a different contract somewhere they don’t have Epic which does all this for you.

Clinical Must Have!
By far the best sheets I’ve used for nursing clinicals! The paper quality is thick and your pen just glides onto the pages. So helpful to have all my patient notes in one place.
