It is quite small, but I got a long enough chain that I don't need to open it each time I put on and remove it, but just slip it over my head.

Yes you can. The clasp is very small.

Q: How do you measure for the length do you measure from end to emf

Yes, but remember, if you have a 7" wrist and order a 7" bracelet it will be hard to put on and may break if you stress it.

Yes you can and no it has not turned.
