Q: this is the second one ive ordered and i cant get the handsoap to come out when i pump it. What am i doing wrong?

Hi. I also had the same problem as you did, but I managed to get it working more by luck than judgement. You have to push the blue back of the pump downwards but hold the white base as you push it down if you don’t it won’t work as the blue piece separates from the white base. I hope this answers your problem. You may have to do it a few times to get the hang of it like I did or you may be lucky and do it the first time. Good luck from Eileen

Q: how do I replace top once I've refilled. Top came off ok with a little pressure but I can't, for the life of me, get it back on?

It’s really fiddly and you waste so much handwash in the process, you have to press quite hard for it to snap back into place. I’ve given up on mine as it was so badly designed

Q: Loaded it with soap, below the max line and the soap is coming out of all the gaps, everywhere but where it should! What am I doing wrong or faulty?

Can't really tell without seeing it, but it is possible you haven't re-fitted the lid fully after filling with soap. The top needs to be completely flush with the sides. This does require quite a firm pressure when you re-fit the lid after filling. You will hear a re-assuring click when the lid is properly engaged.

It didn’t pump soap , I wouldn’t bother with this product , the worst Joesph & Joseph product I’ve brought
