All bottles were damaged probably during shipping
There are no questions that Windex cleaner liquid is a great product. The low rating is due to poor packaging and shipping. As shown in the photo, as received the upper part of every bottle was badly distorted. The bottle opening with the cap was pushed into the bottle such that some cracked and leaked and all are too distorted to allow the use of a sprayer top with the bottle. The 12 quart-sized bottles were loosely packed in a box that had no partitions. The product is too heavy (about 25 lbs) to return for a replacement.

I only use Windex brand on my mirrors and windows.
I'm by no means a name brand junky but when it comes to glass cleaning... Windex is the ONLY brand I use. Never any streaks!
