Dark Angel: The Complete Series [DVD]

It is a little dated, but it's still good. Some of the sexual references towards gay people will jar, and are a little negative now we are all in more informed times. But like 1970s comedy I think if you remind yourself of the historical context then it is possible to enjoy the show.Jessica Alba of course demonstrates clearly that She was going to be an actress of note in the future. The show does in my view suffer from a lack of good support actors/actresses.The main theme did I suppose not really deliver. Genetically enhanced killing person chased by govern agency sought of run out of steam. Plus the Superman/Women problem. If an individual is that powerful how can you have a suspense. Attempts to create a worthy opponent are always obviously forced.That said an enjoyable walk down memory lane. The nods to Blade Runner on a small budget do work.While the third season was dropped, unlike Dark Matter it was finished off as a comic.And yes we are all still waiting for the Dark Matter comic/book to finish the story!

I've been trying to get this series for a long time. I watched it whilst growing up ,amd missed some of it . .I Kept checking Amazon Prime video,Netflix but always nowt. .then I found this on Amazon shopping. . Okay. The packing is in German,but don't let that put you off . .the discs are in the original English audio,German or Italian. It's the complete series in one package,which was cheaper to buy than the other option on Amazon which was two separate seasons which worked out more expensive than buying this box set. I can't wait to start watching it again.

Began watching this when it first appeared on TV but never got to see the whole thing - need to see how it all ends. Teenage granddaughter is also keen to view asap. If you're not fluent in German, don't be put off by the packaging - everything inside is in English (no need to live with sub-titles or even select a language - just hit play).

Watched this when it first came out and it is still good. The first package went missing but the replacement arrived as stated.

Great service product as advertised. A fantastic show much underrated cant wait to watch them all again. If you haven't seen this you need too and if you have you don't need anyone to tell you how great it is
