Isn’t this over priced???

A 10lb bag for $6.96? No, it's not over priced. Cheaper than I've seen it in stores. (I've heard rumors that prices change frequently on Amazon, though)

The ad states 2lb and the picture is of a 5lb bag, which is true??

Right. I thought I was getting a 5lb bag like the picture. Instead I got 12 2 pound bags. I gave some flour to friends and actually I like the smaller bags.

Is this flour never bromated?

Is this good for a flaky tender pie crust? No luck with my pie crust using walmart's unbleached flour. Use plenty of cold fat, but just not flaky

We've had great success using our All-Purpose Flour to make a flaky pie crust!
