My dog has been having issues with chewing on her legs due to allergies. To keep her from making things worse while she is on her medication, we implemented use of this cone. I chose it because of the soft collar for her comfort. The collar is not jersey, it is more of like an exercise clothing material. The issue is the laces don't really stay together. That is not normally an issue as the velcro on the cone generally keeps it in place. My dog has had to wear cones on several occasions and will try to knock the cone off. She was able to knock this off once and we couldn't find it for several days. She cannot easily drink or eat with the cone on, so we have to remove it and monitor while she eats or drinks.

Honestly, these are probably the best cones I have found. My dog is a crazy person and this was one that actually lasted for a short period of time.

Ordered this for my dog who was spayed went by neck size. was too small. looks like a pretty good product but I was not able to use it.

This was a little bigger than I needed but my dog would bend others and lick his leg. With this he could not get to his leg so work wonders for what we needed.

This was hard for my dog to wear, but it was a necessary when she was spayed. She had a hard time bending over to sniff or to eat. The soft edging got chewed up every time she bent down outside.

I love this thing. Attaching via Velcro is much easier than looping plastic parts. Pup still hates it, but does the job. Returned the first one bc it didn’t fit. Make sure you measure pup… even so… you may have to size down. I had to.

I ordered based on the circumference of his neck. The string is a bit snug but the length of the cone is long and my dog looks horrendous. I do love how comfy the neck feels and the collar though.

My dog has had several cones. This one is easiest to put on and looks more comfortable than the thin ones the vet gives you. Has Velcro and tie for fastening.
