I am a martial arts coach and practitioner of a number of different styles, and I’ve been skipping rope for years. This is a beautifully designed jump rope, with amazing adjustability. They handles feel great in your hands. Unfortunately, the cable is far too light to truly generate speed for things like double unders. Also, it twists very easy on one handed swings and has to be unwound. I amGoing back to an inexpensive PVC style rope, which is slightly heavier and much better suited for faster spinning. I was excited for this rope, but it just fell short of expectations.

As soon as you make the first hop you feel like every other jump rope you ever used was garbage. Highly Recommend this instead of wasting 5-10 dollars on a cheap one.

This is literally the only rope I can use

Great set. Instructions were super easy and you literally just push the wire in and press down to release, so other people could also use it too. Perhaps if you are smaller you’ll need to cut the wires to get it all in the handle but pliers will easily cut through it. The material and flexibility of the wire is actually perfect and it swings around nicely with handles that fit perfectly in my hands. You can get really fast with these.

Youd think a skipping rope is a skipping rope, but how this works is phenomenal. It is so smooth and you custom size it with the easy instructions just right for you. It doesn’t get caught and you don’t have to think about the performance of it as it just so consistent so you can focus on your exercise. This company is changing the fitness products that are out there on the market.

I have tried the normal exercise routines, but they are just not for me. So I decided to try jumping rope and it is great and the Body Bolt could not have been a better choice. The light weight, the way they break down yet best of all they have their own caring case. The only way to go.

The attachment of the cable and its smooth action and balanced weight are great for me. I have another cheaper jump rope, and this one is much better. I'm hoping I can learn double unders. I'm glad I bought this.

Very nice and smooth but not for beginners

Straight away as soon as you open the box you can tell this is good quality, the protective carry case is sleek and smooth which is exactly the same as the rope. Enough weight in the handles to make holding them easy but not too much it makes it a chore. The plastic coated wire rope itself is excellent with great rotation and doesn't easily tangle making storage simple. Fantastic product would recommend to anyone looking to step up their skipping game.

I love this rope. I've been looking for a high end rope for a while and came across this bad boy from body bolt. The rope is really comfortable to use and cuts out any wind resistant which is great for my workouts. It fits nicely in the hand and is easy to use. Also comes with multiple rope options in a high end carry case which means I can take it anywhere.

The best skipping rope i ever had👍🏼

Yeah, this is the Rolls Royce of skipping ropes, very high-quality finish to the aluminum handles, say goodbye to those crap ropes from big stores, and get this bad boy. Having just tested her out, the rope turns over very smoothly/quick, main thing is keeping up with it. Hoping this cures the lockdown gains, imagine it does a good job of cutting grass too.

Worth spending a bit more on these. Really smooth to use. Can go a while unbroken and these should help me get the DU’s down
