Watch out for your knuckles, and buy these for what they're intended for only
Almost zero protection on tops of your hands, so watch out as I've caught knuckles etc. multiple times. The latex coating is pretty good, however, offering mild protection, grip and water resistance, completely marred by the top half. And when they get wet it'll make your hands soggy and wrinkly in short time. But for occasional DIY or some basic manual labour these are great, just be warned they're not going to protect against an impact driver catching the latex, an SDS drill, a grinder or anything more than the most basic of cut.And you'll get a day's hard graft use out of them, maybe 2 at a push.Fits well medium hands to larger (5'7" to 5'11")Definitely better than nowt. The issue is all of these gloves are basically overpriced crap, so it's these, or some £20 proper builder's gloves. Takes your picks and makes your choices.

Excellent grip and day-long comfort.
These are really good gloves for the price, with a few caveats. They have great grip on the palms and fingers - I've used them for moving construction materials around in the garden, and gripping tools (helps prevent sweat-slippage and hand tiredness from over-gripping). The woven material is quite breathable but I imagine could get quite hot in really warm weather. However, the flipside of this is that they add some warmth when working on chillier days! They are not really suited to gardening work though as they are not thorn or splinter-proof, though the rubber palm is fairly tough. Another key point to be aware of is that they do wear fairly quickly though, especially at the thumb- forefinger joint. I think I was getting ~ 3-5 days out of a pair before the material started to wear, and another day or two before the palms wore through in places, but I was being quite tough on them!

Superb gloves, quality for the right price
These gloves are great. No issues with quality. I used one pair all day while painting a fence. At the end, they had a few scuffs and I threw them away because I've got another 23 pairs.I've since used them for some intense woodwork and they survived. For about 50p per pair, i'm not expecting each pair to last forever, if they last 1 day of serious renovation work then that's good for me. I'll be giving these 5 stars and will order another batch in a year or two when i lose all the others (as I have so many pairs i find I'm not too careful and lose some)
