This is IDEAL for me personally straight after the gym when I'm cramping with low energy and need my electrolytes replaced as this helps tremendously, the low calories are another selling point and I like the top of the bottle's design for effective hydration. The price is decent, though it’s a tad more expensive than the rare multipacks I used to get during my weekly shop a few years ago. Still, it’s worth it for the convenience since I don’t have to hunt them down anymore.The delivery was smooth, with all bottles arriving in perfect condition, nicely packed with no leaks or dents. The tropical flavour is great for post-workout hydration or just chilling. It’s a solid alternative if you’re into Powerade but can’t find it locally. My only gripe is the slight price bump compared to in-store deals, but that’s minor.
