Packed well. A beautiful looking instrument and sounds lovely
Bought this as my second cello now I am going into my grade 3. It was very well packaged and arrived when they said it would and in perfect condition. I only received it this morning so not played it properly yet but have got it tuned up ready and I can already hear that it sounds so much better than my cheaper beginner cello. Looking forward to many hours of playing this cello.

We bought this Cello which was supplied through Normans Music. It arrived when they said it would and my daughter thinks the cello is great. It came with a good quality case and we feel it represents real value for money.

Arrive split all down the back
Profoundly disappointed. Said it shops within 2 or 3 days but it was a month before it came. Then opened the box to find it completely useless.

The unacceptable delivery damn near ruined the cello
I want to give 5 stars for the cello itself; this is a great cello for the beginning cellist, but the 1 is for Amazon's/Fedex's delivery of this package, which damaged the cello.Amazon makes items such as this beautiful Stentor cello available to consumers like myself, and that's a wonderful thing. But the delivery of this item completely ruined that reality. The way this shipment was handled is no way to treat a musical instrument. I was disgusted, to say the least.First, the packaging Stentor provided for the rough journey this cello took was grossly insufficient.Second, it seems Amazon did not do its job by accurately labeling what was inside and how it should be taken care of. However, it does say "cello" and "fragile" on the side of the box, but I guess no one at Fedex noticed that or gave a damn what was inside, and threw it in the back of delivery trucks all the way from Orlando, Florida to my location, Portland, Maine."Is this fragile?" asked the delivery guy here in Portland. And he marked it as "delivered damaged," as he noticed the disfigured box it came in. I really felt sick. The box obviously slid around in the truck quite a bit as it is coming apart at its seams, and punctured and dented in several places. The scroll of the cello was obviously knocked around because the peg that is responsible for the tuning of the D string keeps coming loose, which means this cello, unless repaired, will not be able to keep it's tune.I was incredibly excited to get this cello, as I previously owned it when I was living in Europe, but sadly could not manage to take it back to the States with me. When it was delivered to me in Prague, from Germany, the packaging was much more sturdy and the package was taken care of, no disfigurements whatsoever. The cello arrived in Pristine condition. I wish I could say the same for the Stateside delivery of this beautiful instrument.

Well made beginners Cello
Well made with all the right woods for the best sound, quality cello for a beginner! Shipping was fast and cello was well packed, only needed tuning and a minor bridge adjustment 😊

Can not play it since broken
The media could not be loaded. I know every one wants an eval about the product itself, and I agree...But I am not able to play the instrument because arrived broken. The product itself seems not quite robust, adding the poor packing... also I am afraid I could received a "re-worked" product returned from someone else.I was looking forward to feel the vibration of the Cello.I use an international CC and the return process is more painful than any US CC. So lesson learnt, do not buy an instrument from internet, specially when third parties (Fedex, UPS, etc) are involved.
