Does the bezel rotate or is it fixed?

Hi Andrew The bezel rotates but both ways. I thought it would only rotate one way, but not. Still no great problem, it's a great little watch for the money. Best Of Luck John H

Is the strap long enough to fit over a 5mm wetsuit?

Depends on the thickness of the person's wrist plus the wet suit...the two lemgths of strap measures 9cm and 13cm plus the watch dia which is 4.5cm...suggest you cut string to size and try on wrist wearing wet suit...
