The knive itself is great but it arrived in battered box, open on both sides with missing instruction leaflet. Maybe returned item, who knows. The knive looks new, it's on a larger size, probably too big to carry in a pocket like the usual swiss army knives.

Good but could be improved
Good but could be improved. There is only one liner lock which is on the main blade; this is good but I'd like to see it extended to the other three large tools: the saw and gutting blade. I don't think this would add too much bulk as there's already space next to the saw that is unused which feels like a missed opportunity. The tools themselves are good and I was a little surprised with their size, but in a good way. The blade's notch for one handed opening is extremely useful. Another feature I'd of liked to see would be a choice between the standard straight blade and a combined straight/serrated edge like is used on the German army knife. The new style grip on the Evo series is very much appreciated and a good step forward for Victorinox. I would like to see this improved further though with a more rubberised grip but overall still good.4/5 really as it's a great little tool for taking with you in the great outdoors!
