Ineffective and sizing incorrect
Definitely doesn't fit XS or S - the straps don't tighten anywhere near that small - I had 6 inches of excess strap on each side. As such, it was useless and I sent it back. This is more of an M-L.

Does the job
I use it when working at my desk. I tend to slouch too much so this really helps my posture. Unfortunately its not that comfortable for me to sit with a straight back but hopefully over time my muscles will get more used to this.Some advice: Personally I found that I didn’t need to strap it very tightly for my posture to correct

Exceeded all expectations, huge impact on posture
I recently bought this posture corrector and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The material is soft and doesn't dig into my skin. It has a pretty strong pull, it's like having a personal trainer reminding me to sit up straight. Definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to improve their posture
