Tech Armor 4Way 360 Degree Privacy Film Screen Protector Designed for Apple iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone X and iPhone Xs 5.8 Inch 1 Pack 2019

I purchased this product for the 360 degree privacy and screen protection back in December 2017 for my iPhone X. I still use it today and it has held up very well. I rarely drop my phone, but it has happened. Just 4 days ago I dropped it while working on my house, standing on a ladder. It fell more than 5 feet, landing on the bare OSB Sub-floor. I was surprised to see that everything remained in tact. Plus, I only use a minimalistic thin Spigen case, so I expected to see some damage, but didn't.After more than 3 years, there are some micro scratches on the screen that are only noticed when the screen is dark and the light hits it just right. I do have a spot that once had something stuck to it and I rubbed it a little too long and too hard, wearing through a portion of the outside coating. However, like the micro scratches, it is hardly even noticeable.I've been very happy with the 360 viewing protection and have had several people comment about it, telling me that it looked like I didn't even have my phone turned on. It is a very precise fit. I was lucky enough to get mine to cover the full display area. n darker settings, you can notice a halo around the screen protector that really just seems to be shining through the side edges of the protective cover. The reason for the precise fit is due to the fact that the iPhone screen begins to curve with rounded edges that the screen protector would not be able to follow, if it were any larger.I would certainly purchase this again for this phone or another.

I’ll start by saying that my main reason for buying this screen protector is its privacy feature. I am therefore not interested in the tempered glass solutions. I buy Apple Care to protect my device and don’t tend to drop it much.Please do your research and understand what this means so you’re not disappointed about the result once you apply it as it takes a bit of getting used to if you’ve never used one before.The product is excellent in my opinion as it provides a great level of privacy from the curious eyes of folks next to you on either sides. The screen protector is matte which I like as it is more comfortable to use indoors/ at night. Finally, I like the way it feels to the touch, although some might find the mild friction something that might take some getting used to.The service strikes me as superior to most other products I’ve bought (typically made in China). There is a nice, genuine-looking message from the founders who reassure you that you can get your money back if you’re not entirely satisfied and warn you about the screen coverage limitation on iPhone X due to its curved screen nature. Won’t be needing a refund or any support so cannot comment on that. There are clear instructions with photos and even a link to a video (haven’t watched video as printed instructions were clear enough).Overall, I’m very happy with the product. I’ve just put it on so cannot comment on durability but will update comments if I notice anything that’s less than satisfactory.

I was planning to buy this privacy film protector as a temp, but this is surely a keeper! The protector is very forgiving when you’re installing it - if you mess up or have any dust under the protector it’s really easy to take off, use the included dust removal tape to get it off, and try again. It’s easy to install and I have no bubbles. There is a slight sliver of screen that doesn’t get covered by the device, but the disclaimer that came with the product informs us why (long story short it’s due to the curved edges of the X). The protector does dim the screen, but seeing that this is a privacy protector I don’t mind one bit. The 4 way protection is impressive, but this is my first time using a privacy protector so I don’t have anything to compare it to.I was slightly hesitant on buying this - since there wasn’t many reviews, but I’m glad I did. Will definitely buy another if this one gets scratched up.

First of all, I thought I was purchasing tempered glass, not film. But that’s my own mistake. The film went on smoothly and the one small bubble was easily removed. When turned side to side, you can see light shine through where the film barely covers the entire screen. The window of clarity where people can glance and see your screen is a little wide for me - you basically have to be holding the phone completely sideways for the screen to Black out enough not to be legible. And even then, it’s like wearing sunglasses. Turning the phone up and down blurs it with another sunglass effect. I don’t completely hate it, but wouldn’t trust it for a drop or to protect the screen. Easy to type on and not grainy. Purchased a glass protector and this film is actually way darker. Wish I hadn’t taken it off.

I tried another brand that provided 3 protective layers instead of just the one. Trying to be cheap. It did not work well, so I ordered this Tech Armor brand, which works very well. I had it on my iPhone 6s and it worked well, so I kicked myself for trying a different (cheaper) brand. Here's what I like about the Tech Armor product: 1) very easy application, 2) it doesn't make screen as dark as other brands, so you don't have to increase lighting as much as other brands, 3) provides very good privacy. You can tilt you phone up, down, left, or right and see that others would have a hard time seeing your screen, and 4) it does not hold smudges and smears like other brands. It really feels like the original glass. Don't make the same mistake I made. Don't buy a cheaper brand. Get Tech Armor.

I always buy this brand for all my phones for the past 3 years. Just got my iphone X and ordered the same as i always buy. This time. The material is no the same. One of the corners bended and does not cover the screen. The size is not correct as you can see a portion of the screen not covered if you see the phone from the side. Also the 4 way privacy is not good. I can clearly see the screen seated next to the phone. Not sure what happened here but the quality is not there anymore. Money in the garbage as i have to threw this in the trash and start looking for a new privacy screen protector.

I've been searching for a privacy screen that A) provides privacy from a less than extreme angle, B) doesn't distort the screen / leave lines, dots or other distortions and C) works from every angle (something I'd effectively given up on after trying a number of products). Simply put, this delivered (and exceeded) all of my expectations. I've gone through 4, and this one puts the others to shame. If you're looking for a privacy screen, this is the one.

Es una excelente mica, he probado otras marcas y ninguna me ha gustado tanto como ésta, la calidad desde el empaque es perfecta, la mica obviamente como cualquier otra mica de privacidad va a oscurecer un poco la pantalla pero ésta en especial no la oscurece demasiado pero si cumple la función de oscurecerla por completo si se ve de lado. La instalación es súper sencilla e incluye todo lo necesario para la limpieza de la pantalla, además de que está hecha especialmente para la curvatura del iPhone X y evitar que se desprenda al poco tiempo.

This is the only screen protector I found that is a proper 4Way privacy screen. It doesn't show polarised lines so it is easy forget it is on once you are used to the initial change in brightness. I have purchased this screen for all the phones I have had so far.

Excelente producto, buena relación calidad/precio, si mantiene la privacidad de la pantalla, obviamente al colocarla disminuye el brillo original de la pantalla pero lo puedes ajustar de forma manual para que no esté tan obscuro.

Adheres well, nice feel. You slightly lose a bit of sensitivity on the touch screen for typing but I find it glides nice for scrolling. The visibility is good, the screen is still nice and bright. Works well to blurr line of sight from all 4 angles. Would definately buy again.
