Honestly it was way too long of a cord, and after about 3 months we went to move the cord in the radar and it snapped.

Cheap, poorly made
The connector for the detector does not have any strain relief. The wires will wear and break in short order. Made by middle schoolers as first electronics project. If you can’t remove and re-terminate the connector with strain relief boot yourself, buy some thing else.

Low Quality
Good idea, poor quality. It sounds great to get two USB ports to charge other devices while using your radar detector. The modular jack end was poorly crimped and promptly fell off. Since I have RJ11 connectors and a crimp tool, I found it easier and faster to repair the item than to send it back. Most folks would just be skunked and have an unusable cord to return. The cord is low gauge wire and I do not expect longevity from the cord...
