Due to my bad posture, I’ve been having upper back and shoulder pain for a few months. I went to a chiropractor but the pain was still strong. I have an office job and usually, the pain was starting around Wednesday, to become very strong by Friday. The more tired I was, the more painful it was, because I couldn’t prevent my shoulders to slouch more and more. After a full computer break during the weekend, the pain would go, so I knew my posture was definitely causing it.I’ve been using my Supportiback for 3 weeks now, and what a change! The second I started wearing it, I was sitting the straightest way I ever did. I tried in front of a mirror to check my posture, and it was exactly how it should be. I am not wearing it all day at work, but at least 50% of my day, but it was enough to stop my pain to come back. I am really happy to have given a chance to this product, it is truly amazing.I love the fact that it is rather small, so I can bring it everywhere I want. Also, it is very comfortable, more than I imagined. I thought that it would hurt my knees, but the padding is thick enough to prevent that. I care about my style but Supportiback is discrete, especially when I wear dark clothes, so I’m happy with that as well. However, I have knee boots with which it is a bit annoying, because the padding touches my boots and tends to slide on it. I don’t see any other negative aspect, except maybe the price, but I think it is worth it, we’re talking about our health aren’t we?

Good product, helps keep me supported and encourages me to sit upright. The product didn't remove my back pain (that would be a miracle) but does encourage me to sit in a sensible upright position.Good quality straps and stitching. I particularly like the pouch in the back for hot/cold packs.

I'm one of those persons who usually don't leave reviews at all. However after using this product for an extended period (10 months already) - I just couldn't leave unchecked stars and empty review field under my order. Product is simply too good to be ignored.Before purchasing it I had no high expectations. With my amazement I was completely wrong. Supportiback literally changed my way of sitting and the feeling of my back. It improved not only the lower part but upper part as well.My standard routine is ~8 hours of work at the office, some sports and during evening again - some work by pc. During evenings lower back already felt tired and with a small (sometimes big) pain. After getting last hour or two by PC in the evening - going bed with much worse lower back. Next day - cycle repeats. I perfectly knew what lower back pain means and feels. Luckily - it's the past.As I have a good chair in the office - Supportiback completely fixed my evening part. Kitchen table type chair + Supportiback makes sitting much much easier and effortless. By using it all the stress from the back pain is taken off. Sitting while using it feels like a resting time.What's not so easy to notice and credit to Supportiback - it indirectly helps for the upper back as well. When it's in use - you usually sit in a correct form and upper back with a neck gets much less stress. After some time they are not so tense as they usually are.To sum up everything - if You are still deciding if it's worth the investment - it definitely is. Cheap chair + Supportiback bring the same quality or even more than the most expensive ergonomic chairs.

Excellent product at a fair price. It (so far) has reduced my sciatica, and I'm sleeping better. I had thought old age had caught up with me, but this is giving me some hope. I suppose the down side is that it looks a bit strange, so you couldn't take it and use it everywhere, but, for me, it is five stars. I'll update the review if my first impressions are premature, but I'm thinking not. Quality product! Update ....A good quality product that has enabled me to sit comfortably for reasonable period of time, by ensuring good posture combined with a firm support. I do not hesitate in recommending this. Note that I have been offered a gift card to give feedback, but there is no pressure to give a good review.

As someone who spends way too much time slouching in front of a computer screen, having such an immediate and easy way to correct my posture is wonderful!I also tend to sit all twisted up like a pretzel — not with both feet on the floor like every infographic about proper desk mechanics shows you. My Supportiback harness fixed that too. Once I clipped the straps together, my legs alligned parallel and there really was no other way to sit but with my feet flat – thanks so much for creating this!P.S: Considering what contour chairs that offer lumbar support cost these days, I think a Supportiback device is a pretty good bargain at 39 pounds

The support given to the back is very noticeable. You hold yourself better when not wearing it too! It retrains your posture.

Really good product and it keeps my back support all the time, just as advertised. It is straightforward to use and easy to store away. One tiny problem that I have is that some wear and tears are seen after a few month of regular use, although it could be due to my mis-use of product sometimes...would definitely buy again if this breaks though (hope not)!

This is a fantastic product, good quality and supports your back very well both standing and sitting. Although it wasn't right for what I needed it for, it helped me during certain times such as when having to sit for longer periods. But as my body became quite weak, it was a lot difficult to use as my knees and legs just couldn't support me much either.
