It was quite easy to put together. The instructions were clear and even included dietary suggestions and tips to help you get the most out of your workout. The only con I see is the track could be a bit longer as I find myself swing back a little too far and hitting the stops on the end. It counts your reps and is easy to reset. It has pads for your elbows so you're focused more on abs than not falling off. It makes very little noise (unless you swing too far and hit the stops on the back). The pads are comfortable and the unit seems stable. You can purchase weights to amp up the difficulty. I would say this is excellent for the price.

It was very easy to assemble. It took about 50 minutes to unpack and assemble. It works great and you can feel it working the first time using it. Like any exercise machine, you must use it to reap the benefits. It's a great way to work abs and reduce waist size. Highly recommend

After researching several similar products I went for the Ab Coaster PS500 and I'm glad I did. The machine is sturdy and great quality. The machine is easy to use and you can really feel your abs tighten especially when you stand up after a workout. I like how the seat swivels with the twist of your body (no need to stop moving and pull a lock switch like some other brands).I am also very happy with their customer service. Although the machine came carefully packaged I had a small tear in the seat of my machine. I contacted the company and sent photos. They immediately sent a new seat that was also very well packaged and easy to replace.Not only is this a great product it is sold by a company that stands by their products and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Do not hesitate to buy from this company. It was a great experience all around.
