Missing accessories & poor packing
The media could not be loaded. It is a water filter but can not use without a tighten key which is missing in the package hence it is not usable hence required replacement.

The product does not fit on the tap as shown in the product catalogue. The size is small.
Fit.Diameter of the product is smaller than the tap. Needs to be 1 inch against the product dia is 3/4 inch.Hence need to be returned or replaced with correct product.

not satisfied
First time I bought it, torned package got and item was missing, second time replaced it, again there is a problem, top screw not working,getting stuck when tightening.

Very short life of product
Got blocked in 1 day. Not suitable where the water is quite muddy. Company should redesign, so that the top layer filter can be cleaned and reinstalled. Or may be even spare woven filters are provided it could be changed. Life of the product could be prolonged.

The media could not be loaded. Water sprinkles too much. The water flow from the filter mouth is not smooth. We didn't find it suitable.
