They’ve helped me resolve the issue and I’m so glad, because this is a fabulous all in one for the price.First, last night I put a piece of salmon and some chopped brussel sprouts in together and air fried, and it was phenomenally good.However- I cannot get the time to set. The instructions are a pretty bad translation, and I’ve tried everything I can think of- but I can only get a blinking display that starts at 0 and goes up every minute in standby mode. Made it to 00:53 o’clock yesterday before I finally gave up and unplugged it. I tried to follow the instructions, but I can only get that display to change when I’m cooking something and need to set a cook time. So then I tried every concept I could think of- hold this button or that one and move dial while holding another but nothing worked.I emailed the company and got a prompt response asking me to send a video. I live alone and I’m not quite sure yet how I’ll manage to make a video of me trying to set the time, but I’ll try.I hope I can get it figured out because it works great and it’s a good price and I can replace my old toaster oven - but it’ll drive me nuts if that thing just blinks at me forever.

I do not recommend buying this product. Unfortunately for me, because I bought on the so called Prime Days, you have to be careful not to buy to far in advance of special days, like Christmas. I bought this too far in advance to give as a gift so I am unable to return. The fryer IS NOT easy to use and the instructionmanueal most likely wasn't translated to English properly to understand. You cannot clear the setting once it's started. Only by unplugging will the system reset. The time temperature button will not allow you set hour clock. Only once plugged in, the display will start to show minutes. The company DOES NOT have a customer service number to call, only by email, and even then they don't understand your explantations, nor do you understand their English. Amazon will not accept this refund, so I am stuck with a dud, will never order on their PRIME DAYS, in advance of a hoiday.

Had my first air fryer chicken dinner experience on this FOHERE appliance today. Did a great job and the food came out tasty and done. I went through the functions and tested them 1 by one and all work to standard.My concern here is that although it is a good machine with several useful functions, it lacks a clock. I looked all over the manual and does not mention the clock. This is not a work stoppage for me since I would probably never really use it but it just blinks at you like it should have a clock. Other than that, keeping it and maybe the next version will have a nice digital clock.Oh - almost forgot; mine was missing the tray handle when I unpacked; no biggie. :-)

Does what it’s supposed to do. Easy to use. Fits right next to microwave . Great price!

It works, still can't set the time. Directions written by a monkey.

Machine is quiet. Works well. Only thing I wished for was a rotisserie.

Man this little no big oven does it all iv done steaks they come out perfect every time ..fish sticks wow baked them what a difference .like restaurant style fry's in the air fryer to top it off and did a great SURF AND TURF BOTANA FOR FOUR ...PUT IT FOR MY RV .DONT NEED ANY MORE COOKING ITEMS THIS BABY DOES IT ALL .I MIGHT GET ME ANOTHER ONE.FIR .
