I would probably give it 5 stars if I had a dishwasher to use it in.

We had a little trouble getting it open so we could put a hat in it. I like that this can be used in a washing machine or a dishwasher. Innovative product.

The clip that secures can be a pain to open. Other than that I have used multiple times and it really helps keep your caps in shape. Great to clean caps especially after a game or a hot summers day. Now all your caps can be fresh as the day you bought them

Kept the rim of the hat in tack but the rest of the hat is wrinkled and I am trying to figure out how to get the wrinkles out. Wasn't sure if I could throw it in the dryer.

Seller did everything in a prompt and timely matter. Product doesn,t fit the whole hat in it, just the bill and front.

For those without hand issues, this is a great deal. For me, however, I have to get my husband to open and close the latch that holds the hat in place because I have severe limitations with using my left hand. It takes 2 good hands to open and close the latch. Otherwise, it is great.

Bought this for my sons baseball hats for travel. Works great and preventing the suitcase crush, but the clasps are very difficult to open and close. Overall good product though.

I had a collection of baseball caps, some of which really needed washing. This gets the job done but you need to wash caps individually in your dishwasher. It enabled me to do what I needed to but it seems so wasteful to run the dishwasher for one cap. I suppose you could buy a few of these cap washers but I guess it serves the purpose.
