Excellent home exercise equipment!
I brought this for my husband for Father’s Day because he used to have an ab-roller years ago. We are both senior citizens in our mid-60s. Thought this would be good. I was wrong- it’s great. We’ve both been using this for a month and see good result already. There are numerous different things demonstrated on the video which accompanied it. Buy it, you won’t be sorry.

Not disappointing but not impressive either
Pros:-Definitely helps with neck pain and perfect posture when doing abs-Sturdy and doesn't lift off the ground-Can be used for arm and leg exercises-Allows you to have just one item vs several-Easy to use and no setupCons:-Slips on hard surfaces which makes doing leg exercises mostly impossible (provided non-slip strip is unhelpful)-Isn't very fun (this may not be everyone's concern, but I like something I get to "play" with)-Switching to the different resistance levels is cumbersome-For non-ab exercises even the highest resistance requires a lot of reps to feel results-Comes with a dvd... I don't even have a way to play a dvd on my computer.. let's get updated

I bought this piece of equipment for my significant other, and boy, she loves it!!She work out on it everyday single day.She refers to it as her "gym at home."Yes! I would recomend Wonder Core to others.

Good but okay could be better!
Okay but need more improving a lot on my abs and legs exercising like cycling as I see no real results after 3 months using it for 20 mins a day. 3 to 4x a week.Dislikes it keeps sliding when exercising.
