London Clock 25073 – Clock

The quality of the carpentry is what impresses the most about this time piece; it is elegant in that immediately draws attention to itself and that you can either have it free standing - as we have - or hand it from a wall. The chimes are authentic sounding albeit electronically reproduced, and you can set the volume easily to suit the size of you room. We bought the other, smaller, wall version for hall way but this one sits atop it`s own table in the corner of the room can be seen from almost any angle but the quarter chimes tell you easily what time it is anyway. Pricy perhaps but if you buy cheap you invariably have to buy twice, and this is one-off purchase that should last some years to come.

This must be the most well-made clock I've ever come across in my life.The only thing I didn't like was the dark colour, whereas my furniture is much lighter.Apart from the above, if one buys this clock having the correct dark coloured furniture, then I'm positive you'll be over the moon with it. I wanted to keep it because of the high quality and great look, but the colour was very important to me, so I sadly had to send this thing of beauty back. :(Thank you, seller, I'm sure you will sell a great many of these clocks with no comebacks...they're seriously high in quality, that's a fact. Sorry I had to send it back over colour, but the clock itself was simply flawless.Top marks.Update, I now have furniture which is a similar colour to this clock, (but not as dark) so yes, I reordered it again, which arrived in perfect condition. It finally now hangs on my wall. I was dead set on reordering it with the correct furniture, which I'm so glad I did.

Great clock bough to replace a 20 year old mahogany version which looked out of place against oak furniture. This was a good if not perfect match. We found the chime a bit tinny at first but turned the volume down which then gave the chime a nice mellow sound

Looks good, feels good, sounds authentic and it's good value. OK it's not like and old fashioned movement but have you ever tried to get one of those repaired! It mkes this lood very economical!We have used this to replace a "proper" one and we're delighted.

Excellent clock I am so pleased with it. I have been looking to buy this for a long time and I am not dissappointed at all its so easy to set up and the chimes are wonderful a very good all round product. The way it was packed for delivery was so amazing it could not have been packed any better it was truly amazing.

This is a nice clock, keeps accurate time, pendulum works, chimes nicely (you can turn off if you wish). This replaced a far more ornate pendulum clock & as such I am rather underwhelmed by this clock. However it is quite stylish & I may learn to love it. Generally this is a very good, well made clock.

Bought this for my mum who loves it. At first I felt the chimes were a bit tinny but have got used to it. Now and can't remember why I felt that. There are two types of gongs so you don't need get bored. It looks great.

Very pleased with this clock, looks great and fits into our hallway perfectly. Chimes are silent between 22:45 and 6:00am.Ordered on Thursday evening and clock was delivered Saturday afternoon on free service - very impressed.
